Our online shop is powered by Shopify and secure! We accept paypal and all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discovery) via a secured shopping cart.

Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days after they have been placed. Items are shipped via Canada Post priority mail. All items come with a tracking number which is included in the cost of shipping.

Orders CAD $75 and over receive free domestic shipping. Currently we ship within Canada and the United States only. 

Your order is carefully packed before shipping. Sometimes delivery delays, damage and loss of parcels happen while in transit and in these events, we cannot be held responsible once orders are handed over to our shipping partner. If this occurs, we will discuss a resolution with the shipping partner and try to resolve the issue on your behalf. However, if a package is not delivered due to an incorrect address, than the purchaser is responsible for all costs resulting to reship the package.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, Your satisfaction is important to us. Please send us an email at hello@naturallynatalie.ca with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out.

Please read all product descriptions (ingredients, scents & botanicals) before placing your order. Although we only use natural ingredients and we are transparent with all ingredients, reactions can occur.

We strongly suggest that you test the product on a small area of your skin if you have a history of sensitive skin and allergic reactions. If you are pregnant or nursing, please consult with your doctor before using any products containing essential oils.
