Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, Your satisfaction is important to us. Please send us an email to hello@naturallynatalie.ca with any concerns about your purchase so we can discuss other options.

Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days after they have been placed. Items are shipped via Canada Post priority mail.

All items come with a tracking number which is included in the cost of shipping. Your order is carefully packed before shipping.

Sometimes delivery delays, damage and loss of parcels happen while in transit and in these events, we cannot be held responsible once orders are handed over to our shipping partner. If this occurs, we will discuss a resolution with the shipping partner and try to resolve the issue on your behalf. However, if a package is not delivered due to an incorrect address, than the purchaser is responsible for all costs resulting to reship the package.

Shipping is $15 flat rate which also includes the cost of shipping materials.

Orders CAD $75 and over receive free domestic shipping. Currently we ship within Canada and the United States only.

Our products are all plant based and vegan.

We cannot guarantee that our products are nut free.
